Celeb Fame Academy: Episode Nine

Debra kicked off with Stop, which Lesley loved and Richard didn't and caused a ruck. I thought it was OK, and only OK. Edith sang Trouble it was not brilliant. She sang well but the song did nothing for her. She could struggle again to stay out of the bottom three. Reggie (a guarantee for the bottom three) sang Zoom, which is one of my favourite songs ever. He did not do it justice. Craig described him as 'excrutiating' thus Reggie and Carrie laid into him.

Kim then sang Born To Try, a song I don't like, but she sang it consistently well and the judges raved. Jokes abounded that it should be called Born To Cry as she had been having a wobbly say. Ade went on and performed Fame in a straight jacket. The performance was typically wacky and he is impossible to watch without smiling or laughing. His voice is shot to bits with the wine and spicy foods.

Kim, Debra and Reggie performed A Little Bit More the Liberty X song. They did quite a good version, Kim didn't seem to enjoy herself, but Reggie and Debra had fun with it. Edith and Adrian performed I Got You Babe lying in a double bed in a nightdress and pajamas respectively. It was a good comedy performance from both of them.

Come the end of the night only two were safe - Edith and Kim. Reggie, Debra and Ade were in the bottom three, the judges saved Ade, and the students (surprisingly) saved Reggie again, so Debra left.
