Prior to the Oscars, The Razzies (Golden Raspberries) were announced. These are spoof awards for worst films and performances. Halle Berry is a popular choice after her role in Catwoman, along with brothers Shawn and Marlon Wayans who dressed in drag for their movie White Chicks.

The epic Alexander also got a few nominations, including that for its star Colin Farrell. Farrell has some stiff competition from president George Bush, nominated for his 'performance' in news footage featured in Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11.
