Spiderman 2

Sequels can always be duds, but I think Spiderman 2 was a good one. This time Peter Parker/Spiderman (Tobey Maguire) is up against Dr Octopus (Doc Ock) (Alfred Molina) who is scientist Dr Otto Octavius after his experiment goes wrong.

In the story Peter gives up being Spiderman to woo is friend MJ (Kirsten Dunst), but he feels too guilty after talking to his Aunt May and goes back to it as MJ starts to come around. After MJ is kidnapped to lure Spiderman, we see some brilliant fight scenes on top of a moving train. The special effects are excellent and are supported by a good script which actually tells a story , plus decent character development making this one of the better sequels.
