The SE Asian Tsumnai Disaster

Like most people who have been following the news over the last few days, I have been shocked by the pictures, reports and statistics that have come out following the waves caused by the earthquake off of Sumatra.

At the time of writing the death toll is 100,000. This is without the disease that is likely spread as the fresh water supply is contaminated with raw sewage, and the bodies left rotting in the heat. Their hospitals are over-stretched and we can sit at home and watch it on the news. If you feel you would like to make a donation to help, then The Red Cross is asking for donations on-line. Oxfam also has a similar appeal.
